Strategies for education on non-violent solutions of conflicts are to be worked
out and applied at school. The project is to make a contribution for a peaceful
coexistence at school. The participating teachers are to get to know the school
culture of the participating partner schools through close co-operation during
the course of the project. They are to become familiar with working, teaching
and learning methods in other European countries and thus support the reflection
of their own work. The improvement of the linguistic skills of those teachers
who do not teach foreign languages is another effect.
For the schools the project will mean a strengthening of their European profile.
The aim of the project is to transform the co-operation within the project into
a long-term partnership between the participating schools (beyond one year)
and facilitate exchange visits of pupils and teachers.
